Mini Apple Pies

Vegan and gluten-free mini apple pies

This recipe will make the hearts of all apple pie fans beat faster. My little, vegan mini pies taste like apple pie, just nuttier and more festive. The size is perfect to serve as a dessert on Christmas Eve. A small piece of cake always fits;)

 

 

 

Apple mini Tarts

Menge: about. 10  pieces

Ingridients

Dough:

  • 200 g grounded almonds
  • 150g  Buckwheat flour
  • 80 g Coconut oil
  • 80g  Coconut Sugar
  • 4 TBSP almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Filling:

  • 5 Apples
  • 5-6 TBSP Marble Sirup
  • 4 TBSP almond milk
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP Lemon juice

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and knead well.
  • Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough about 1 cm thin.
  • Cut out the dough with 10 cm round molds and press into the greased muffin tins.
  • Cut out small stars or other shapes for the cover.
  • The prepared  baking tin goes unfilled for 10 minutes in the 180 degrees convection preheated oven.
  • Cut the apples into small pieces and bring to a boil with the remaining ingredients of the filling in a saucepan.
  • Stir regularly! After 20 minutes on low heat, an applesauce consistency with small bits.
  • Fill the applesauce into the molds and cover them with stars.
  • Bake everything together for 13-15 minutes and then allow to cool down.

  1. Liebe Joana, ich finde es immer toll, neue glutenfreie Rezepte zu entdecken! Deines gefällt mir besonders gut, nicht nur, weil die Mini Pies bestimmt super lecker schmecken, sondern auch, weil ich deine Fotos liebe – so toll angerichtet mit den alten Fotos und den Büchern! Da bekomme ich gleich Lust zum Nachbacken 🙂
