Vegan and gluten-free nut biscuits with healthier ingredients

When it comes to a balanced diet, high-quality ingredients are the most important thing for our food. Especially when it comes to the sweet kitchen, you do not want to lose the good taste here. By choosing the right ingredients, Christmas cookies can be healthy and still delicious, without any compromises.

BuckwheatProtein, folic acid, vitamin A + B, minerals, iron, essential amino acids
Coconut oilAntimicrobial, low in calories

Amount: ca. 2  Trays


  • 200 g of ground almonds
  • 150g of buckwheat
  • 80 g of coconut oil
  • 80g coconut blossom sugar
  • 7 tablespoons almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


  • Mix all ingredients and knead well.
  • Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out dough about 0.5-1 cm thin.
  • Cut out the dough with the molds and place the dough motifs on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Depending on the thickness, bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool well.
  • At 15 minutes, they are especially crispy.
